2008-02-24: TaskFacade 4.0 Release Candidate 5

Re: Test version: TaskFacade 4.ReleaseCandidate1 (2009-01-21)

I'm running the latest version TaskFacade 4.ReleaseCandidate1 on my TouchHD and also get the overlapping window problem. I'll have a play with it, but it seems to occur when the number of open windows goes from an odd number to an even number.

Similarly I am also experiencing overlapping windows problem with TF4RC1 However I am also experiencing phone hang and have to reset device by removing back cover. Tested it several times but still the phone hangs after playing with a few windows in TaskFacade 4 RC1

This happens on my HTC Touch HD. so have reverted to TF 3.8.5 hopefully that will be stable.

Ok now same thing happened with the TF 3.8.5 my phone hung and and to reset by removing back cover. it happened as soon as I clicked on one window...it zoomed out and then I clicked on the top right to see which programs were running. Sadly I will have to un-install TF.

can you publish it here?

or, if you think you did something wrong, reinstall.

sorry, I reinstalled before I saw your answer. if I have some time I'll try to reproduce.
btw, black boxes are back too, and I'm missing some processes quite often (anyone, desktop or 3rd party apps)
there's another bug on clicking an item, sometimes it won't display, the animation plays and then (if I remember well) it goes back to TF

Sorry, still some work on this, but it's very fast now, pretty cool :)

Hi,

I have tested the RC2 version but it seems that it s not working.

Indeed, I can see that the windows logo is "rotating" but nothing happens.

I have tested it on HTC HD.

It seems that I need a newer version en .Net Framework (I have WM6.1)
Thanks

I am using v4RC2 and it seems like the processes you hide are not saved between soft resets. Is this happening for anyone else, or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks...Brian
