gpslover,
Thanks for the new version. I love the new features and flexibility of the program. It seems to run much smoother than 3.8.5, and 3.8.5 seemed to interfere with other programs I was running, where 4 does not. I have found a bug in the settings though. When I change the font size and return to the main screen, the font size change is not reflected. If I go back into the settings, the font size is still set to what I changed it to.

Also, I had to perform a soft reset, for reasons not releated to task facade, but when the device rebooted I got an error message from task facade that said I should exit the program and the restart it. When I tried to restart it, I got the same message. I actually had to reinstall Task Facade to get it working again. Unfortunately, I was unable to see the error message details because I don't have the required software installed. Could you upload, or at least point me in a direction to where I can find the needed software? If you could, I will post my findings and help you track down the source of the issue.

Other than that, everything else seems to be working perfectly. I'll continue to test it out and keep you posted.
Thanks again for your hard work on this amazing program. I am looking forward to creating some themes and sharing them here.

I guess we had the same problem.
finally the error I posted above happened each time I tried to launch TF.
it happened after I changed a few settings, maybe something is wrong with the parser ?

Title font size is messed up in this version. Doesn't seem to work at all really. I changed it from 35 to 10, saved, closed the program down and restarted and the font was gone entirely. Then I changed it back to 35 and it was HUGE! Doesn't seem to work right. It also doesn't seem to abide by the title bounds setting, so I can't specify exactly how high on the thumbnail I want the text to display.

I will go ahead and try this on my Samsung Omnia. I installed the 3.8.5 and found it a pain to locate the exe and settled on rerouting the "Main Menu" button for a longer hold time to launch app. We have a few interested members on our site wanting to try it.

Thanks, JASTECH ô¿ô

Ok, installed and reset. After reset there were 4 menus open that I had to close via the bottom bar left "close" button. I noticed my Omnia also has a "Register" button on the bottom bar right and the 5 access buttons on bottom are 1/2 covered up by the bottom bar. If I touch the "close" button again it flips to totally different icons for my program menu. Application was installed in "My Storage" and not "My Storage Card" 2 GB

Samsung Omnia SCH-i910 8GB internal

Did not understand what you mean :(

Could you please either explain it once again or make a snapshot of the problem.

Hi Blowfish64,

this is corrected in A2. Have you already downloaded it?

gps-lover, Normally when a section is opened in the Omnia and then you select another (Programs>Settings>Personal) there will be only one page viewed "Personal". After the reset there were 4 different pages at the same time opened. So I looked at the bottom bar and there were 2 words/buttons "Done and Register" so I clicked done 4 times to get rid of the 4 pages that were layered. After the 4 pages were gone I could still see the 2 words/buttons on the bottom bar, I went ahead and and clicked "Done" again to see what happens and in doing so my Main Menu (I use SPB Mobile Shell with custom skins) the main page was all icons like 20+ of them. Do you understand?

Thanks, JASTECH ô¿ô

gpslover, this version was successful in fixing the crash issue at bootup following a soft reset. Also, the text sizing issue appears to be fixed as well. One question about that though. I noticed that the selected image displays the text larger than the non-selected. For instance, I set the title text to 26. All non-selected tasks display the text at 26, but the selected task displays the title font at the default (I believe 32). Is this functioning correctly, or are all tasks supposed to display the title font at the same size?

The only new bug I have come across is that the when I open TF the first time, the task screen shots display correctly. When I return to TF a second or third time (every subsequent visit), the previous screen shots are still present with the new tasks on top of them. So, the screen get very cluttered. But, it doesn't happen everytime. I when I tried to get a screenshot of this, I couldn't reproduce it. If I can get one, I'll post it later.

Thanks!
